The views from the room were amazing. The staff provided really good service throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a great variety. The spa treatments were great. A nice experience for a couple.

I enjoyed the amazing views from my room and the really good service throughout my stay, making it an excellent base to explore nearby attractions like the fine Udai Sagar Lake, just about 3.5 km away and offers a peaceful landscape perfect for leisurely walks.

The room was immaculately clean and large with a garden, had a good night's sleep. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was perfect...

We had an extra special time. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was savoury. Loved a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating in the room. The free parking was onsite, exceptional service. Location: the hotel was close enough to the multi cuisine restaurant as well as an island in the Udai Sagar Lake.

I had an lovely birthday celebration at Raffles Udaipur. The welcome from Roshan was unique. He took us to the reception via boat, sharing the hotel's fascinating history. Such a special touch! Ravi set up our room with personal photos and a cake. Ayush showed us to our beautifully decorated room. It reminded me of home. The Long Bar crew nailed it. Rohit gave fantastic drink recommendations while Vishal's guitar performances added magic to our evenings. Dining was a highlight too! Rahul at Sawahi offered great food tips and served us with a smile. The chef's creations were delicious. I appreciated Manish's friendly hospitality and Naveen's excellent housekeeping. The entire staff felt genuinely dedicated to making our stay special. They declined tips, showing their sincerity and commitment to service. I did notice that the hotel could use some more vegetarian options on the lunch menu. It felt limited, especially for a family stay. Fine hotel and very nice service.

A Magical Stay for My Birthday Celebration

Celebrating my birthday at this beautiful oasis was lovely! The service was really good, especially with the personal touches from the staff who arranged a birthday cake and lovely decorations. The dining experience was good, thanks to the wonderful recommendations from the staff, made every meal enjoyable. The only downside was the distance from the city center, as it takes about 35 minutes by car to reach the main attractions.

The room we had was really spacious and had a nice modern touch, plus a cool garden area. 🌿 Nearby, you could easily stroll to all the top restaurants and even a little island spot. And let me tell you, the lunch at the restaurant here was a hit!
